TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

You can make a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, only if the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging or box, keeping the label and with all the accessories.

RETURN COST

Return charges and additional taxes are not covered by ANOTHER TREND. The cost of the same will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. Return costs are €4

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?

You can request a return by clicking here and following the instructions.

1. Indicate the order number or the shipping tracking number.

2. Select the product you want to return

3. You will receive the shipping label (you can print it or show the document at the post office on your phone so they can scan it)

4. Prepare your package: put the products inside their original box and then inside a transport box to protect the original package.

5. Take the package to your nearest delivery point.

Once we have the product in our warehouse, we will proceed to the refund (between 7-10 days to see it reflected in your account, depending on the bank) of the corresponding amount, deducting the costs of the return.
