Shipping rates for orders under €90 are €4 in the peninsula and €5.50 in the Balearic Islands

Shipping fees for orders under €95 are €9.
ALL SHIPMENTS OVER €110 WILL BE FREE
Shipping costs for orders under €110 are €12 in Germany and €14 in Hungary and Poland.
ALL SHIPMENTS OVER €105 WILL BE FREE
Shipping costs for orders under €105 are €14 to Greece and Ireland and €10.50 to France and Italy.
For standard shipments, the delivery time on the peninsula ranges from 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Portugal).
Balearic Islands in 72 working hours.
For standard international shipments, delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 business days.
Shipments to destinations that require customs clearance may require 1 (one) additional day.
Orders are prepared and delivered to the courier on the same day for purchases made before 13:00 hours from Monday to Thursday, Fridays until 12:00h. Purchases made after these hours are prepared the following business day. Orders made in the months of July and August must be made before 12:00h to be sent on the same day. Our transport agency does not provide services on weekends, so orders made on Fridays after 12:00 pm (peninsular time) will be delivered during the following week. Exceptional situations may arise that prevent these delivery times from being met, such as promotional periods, unforeseen events with the courier service, system updates or circumstances of force majeure. However, ANOTHER TREND undertakes to notify the customer in the event that any of the events described above occur.
For national shipments we work with CORREOS EXPRESS
For international shipments we work with UPS.
Our prices show all taxes included for orders to European Union countries.
Under no circumstances will ANOTHER TREND be liable for costs incurred by customs or for any possible retention by them. Costs of councils, appraisals or any other tax at destination will be the responsibility of the recipient. If you place an order from outside the EU, you may have to pay customs fees. This depends on the customs legislation of your country.
Once you place your order, you will receive periodic email notifications about the completed steps. You will also receive an email alert when your order leaves our warehouses with the tracking number of the transport company and a link that you can use to check the progress of the shipment.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address details provided. In the event that there is an error in the address - in whole or in part - and a second delivery is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs that may arise from a second delivery.
Changes

You can make a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, in perfect condition and in its original packaging or box, keeping the label and with all accessories.
Return costs and additional taxes are not covered by ANOTHER TREND. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The return costs are: Spain: €4 in the peninsula and €5.50 in the Balearic Islands Portugal: €9 Germany: €12 Ireland, Greece, Hungary and Poland: €14 Italy and France: €10.50
You must request a refund by sending an email to info@anothertrend.com with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Detail the product you want to return
3. Reason for return
- If the order is placed in Spain, you will receive a label in your email which you must show to the courier who will pick up the package at your address.
- If your order is placed in Europe, you will receive the UPS shipping label in your email and you will have to take your package to the nearest delivery point.
Preparing your package: place the products inside their original box and in turn inside the transport box that we delivered to you with or some packaging that protects it. Once we have the product in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund (between 7-10 days to see it reflected in your account, depending on the bank) the corresponding amount, deducting the return costs.
At the time of delivery, if you consider that the product does not conform to the specifications or that it has a defect, you must contact us immediately by email at info@anothertrend.com, providing the product details as well as the damage it has suffered and attaching images of it.
We will advise you on how to proceed and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time whether a refund or replacement is appropriate (if applicable). The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a defect or fault, when it actually exists, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs incurred by you to return it to us.
