How to choose the right size?

We have a size guide that will help you choose the right number. Put the back of your foot against the wall and measure the length of your feet to see the correct size.

The measures that you can see on the table correspond to the length of the innersole, but is important to know that sizes can vary depending on the model, since the shape is different.

If you are between two numbers and you tipically use a middle size, choose the smaller number, we only have full sizes.

How is the fitting of Another Trend sneakers?

Another Trend adjust to the general standard sizes, but your size could potentially vary depending on the model, since we are working with different shapes and some are wider that others.

In general, if you are in between two sizes, we recommend to choose the smaller one.

In the case of the 'Low Retro' model, since we use a wider shape, the fit might be a bit bigger, so we recommend choosing one size less specially if you have a thin foot.


Do I need to create an account to buy online?

No, is not necessary, you can always buy as a visitor.

How are we using personal data?

Your personal data are stored in our database only with the purpose of optimizing the customer experience, allowing the commercial relationship requested by the customer to happen and for sending commercial communication and/or y/o Newsletters

How can I make an order?

You need to follow the instructions that you see on the screen to proceed and finalize your purchase. You can always change and correct the data you insert making sure that all the data you insert is correct, change the content of your cart or cancel the purchase before finalizing it.

The purchase will be finalized once the payment has been processed, check your order in the summary and select the payment method.

Once the purchase has been processed you will see a page that says ”Thanks for making your order with” and in few minutes you should receive an confirmation email with the information of your order.

Another Trend could cancel the order if we don't have guarantees on the payment, or if the orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are not available. In all these circumstances, we will always inform the customer via email specifying the reason. 

All orders are subject to the products being available and if we experience difficulties or we have stock issues, we reserve the right to offer an alternative product of the same quality and price to the customer. If the customer doesn't agree with the alternative and want to cancel the order, we will fully reimburse any payment eventually made.

How long will take to process my order?

In Another Trend, we process all orders the same day after receiving the payment confirmation, if the orders are made before 12:00 p.m. Spanish Time from Monday to Friday. If the order is made after that time, it will be process the next working day, when we will delivering it to the carrier where you must add the delivery time. You can follow the progress of your order at all time thanks to the tracking number following the shipping of the products.

I have receive a defective product, what should I do?

Reach out to us via email attaching images of the product that you consider defective and providing as much information as possible like you order number, which product has issues and the description of the issue, and also if you prefer a full reimbursement of the substitution of the the product, always within 30 days after receiving your order.

I received an incorrect article, what should i do?

You have 30 días after receiving your order to verify it. If the product you received is not the one you bought or there is a mistake please contact us via emailinfo@anothertrend.comand we will let you know how to proceed.


I which countries can I receive my order?

We currently deliver to Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary and Poland.

When I will receive my order?

The standard delivery time in Spain is 2-3 working days, and 3-6 days in the rest of the countries.

We process orders the same day that we receive the payment confirmation, only if the orders are made before 12:00 p.m. Spanish time from Monday to Friday. If the order is made after that time, we will process it the next working day, delivering it to the carrier (Correos Express) where you must add the delivery time.

How much are the delivery costs?

In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) shipping cost for orders over 90€ are free. If your order is bellow that amount, the cost for delivery are 4€ for the Peninsula and 5,50€ for the Balearic Islands.

In Portugal shipping cost are free for orders over 95€. If the order is bellow that number, the shipping cost is 9€.

In Italy and France shipping cost are free for orders over 105€. If the order is bellow that number, the shipping cost is 10.5€.

In Greece shipping cost are free for orders over 105€. If the order is bellow that number, the shipping cost is 14€.

In Germany shipping cost are free for orders over 110€. If the order is bellow that number, the shipping cost is 12€.

In Hungary and Poland shipping cost are free for orders over 110€. If the order is bellow that number, the shipping cost is 14€.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email with regular updates to track your order anytime. 


What are the conditions to make a return?

You can make a return within 30 days after receiving your order always if the product is in perfect conditions, on the original box and with all the label and accesories.

How can I return my order?

Send us an email to including:

1. order number

2. Product/s you would like to return and size

3. Reason for the return

We will process the return and give you the steps to follow, get your package ready: put the products in the original box and then inside another transportation box to protect it.

Once the product arrives to our warehouse, we will proceed with the reimbursement, deducting the return costs. You will receive an email confirmation.

Who takes care of the return costs?

Shipping costs are free but returns will have a cost for the client of 4€ for Spain, 9€ for Portugal, 10.50€ France and Italy, 12€ Germany y 14€ for Greece, Hungary and Poland.

The cost will be deducted from the reimbursement.
