SHIPPING TIME

Standard shipping time for the Iberian Peninsula is between 24 and 48 working hours. For the Balearic Islands 72 working hours. In Europe 3 to 6 working days.

Orders that may require a custom procedure could take one day more.

Orders are prepared and delivered to the shipping company the same day of buying the product before 12:00 from Monday to Friday. All orders made after that time are prepared for the next business day. 

Our shipping partners don't make deliveries on weekends, meaning that orders made on Fridays after 12:00 (Spanish Time) will be delivered on the next working day.

There always can be exceptional situations that may affect the shipping time, like promotional high demand periods, unexpected situations with the delivery service, or force majeure circumstances. In any case, ANOTHER TREND is committed to keep the client inform at all time if something unexpected happen.

SHIPPING COMPANY

For orders from Spain we work with CORREOS EXPRESS, for international orders we use UPS.

TAXES

Our prices include all applicable taxes.

The expenses of town councils, local authorities or any other tax at destination will be borne by the recipient.

FOLLOW YOUR ORDER

Once you have done your order, you will be receiving regular updates on your email. You will also receive an email alert when your order leaves our warehouse with the shipping track number to follow the progress of the shipment.

MISTAKES IN THE ADDRESS

Is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information and the correct shipping address. In the case that there is an error in the shipping address and in consequence it requires a second shipment, the client will need to pay any extra cost incurred on the second shipment. 

CHANGES

DO YOU ADMIT CHANGES?

We don't admit changes in the size or the model. You will need to process a return and make a new order on our website.

RETURNS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving the product. It must be in perfect conditions and in the original box, with all the labels and original accesories.

COST OF THE RETURN

Return cost and eventual additional taxes are not covered by ANOTHER TREND. The costs will be directly deducted from the reimbursement.


Return cost for Spain are 4€, 9€ for orders from Portugal, 10.50€ for orders from Italy and France, 12€ for orders from Germany and 14€ for orders from Greece, Hungry and Poland.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Send us an email to info@anothertrend.com with the following information:

1. order number

2. Product/s that you want to return and the size

3. Reason for the return

We will process your return and will give you the steps to follow, in the meantime, get your return ready: put the product inside the original box and then inside another shipping package to protect everything.


Once the product has reached our warehouse, we will proceed with the reimbursement, deducting the return costs. You will receive an email confirmation

RETURN OF PRODUCTS WITH PROBLEMS

When you receive your product, if you consider that it has any issues, please contact us immediately via email  info@anothertrend.com, giving us details about the product, the issues, and attaching photos of it. 


We will follow up with the best way to proceed, we will let you know via email in a reasonable timeframe if there will be a reimbursement or a substitution (if proceeds) of the product. 


The client will be fully reimburse in the case of product with issues, including any return costs.
